We're excited you're considering Fr. Tolton Catholic High School! Our admissions process is designed to be simple, personal, and supportive. From your first inquiry to your first day as a Trailblazer, our Admissions Team is here to guide you every step of the way.

Every Trailblazer Starts Somewhere

The transition to high school is an exciting milestone, and we're committed to making it a positive one. From your first campus visit to orientation and House, you'll begin building friendships, connecting with teachers, and becoming part of the Trailblazer community before the first day of classes. When school begins, you're not just starting high school; you're joining a community that already knows your name.

Stay Connected

Submit an interest form and follow Tolton on social media to stay informed about events, deadlines, and campus news.

Visit Campus

Schedule a Shadow Day or a personal tour. The best way to know Tolton is to experience it.

3.

Submit Application

Complete the online application by January 15. Required: Information and an application fee.

4.

Placement Testing & Records

Complete placement testing and provide all required records. We will contact you with scheduling details.

5.

Admissions Decision

Acceptance packets are mailed in January Questions? Reach out to the Admissions Office.

6.

Enrollment

Confirm enrollment by May 21. Complete your FACTS enrollment, financial aid, and registration.

  • Application Opens via Facts - August 1, 2026

  • Blazer for a Day: Shadow Program - September through April

  • Open House - October 7, 2026

  • Priority Application Deadline - January 15, 2027

  • Priority Admissions Decisions - released via mail – January 27, 2027

  • Tuition Assistance Program Opens - Three step process with sequential deadlines – January 27, 2027

  • Financial Aid Application Deadline - February 19, 2027

  • McGivney Scholarship Application Deadline optional - February 19, 2027

  • Placement Test - Spring TBD

  • Scholarship Application Deadline optional - March 17, 2027

  • Blazer Bound – incoming family welcome celebration - April 7, 2027

  • Work Study Application Deadline optional - April 19, 2027

  • Enrollment Deadline - May 31, 2027
