Planning Today for Tomorrow's Success
Personalized Academic Planning
Every student's path is unique. At Fr. Tolton Catholic High School, our Academic and College Counseling Department partners with students and families to develop academic plans, explore college and career opportunities, and prepare confidently for life after graduation.
Annual Academic Planning
Each year, every student meets individually with a school counselor to review academic progress, discuss interests and future goals, and plan courses for the upcoming school year. These annual planning meetings help ensure students remain on track for graduation while taking advantage of opportunities that support their college and career aspirations.

Planning for What's Next
Every student's future is unique. Our Counseling Department works closely with students and families to explore the opportunities that best match each student's interests, strengths, and goals. Whether a student's next step is a four-year university, community college, trade school, military service, or entering the workforce, counselors provide personalized guidance throughout the planning process.
